I was in DN and somebody used pot of duality, and then used lava golem. Can he do that, cuz im not sure, he said u are allowed cuz its ss on opponents side. Any thoughts?

He is COMPLETELY wrong!!! Pot Of Duality does not prevent the special summon of monsters only for his side, it prevents him from special summoning PERIOD! That includes tokens, XYZ, Synchros, and effects that allow a special summon! He should not have been able to special summon Lava Golem even on your side because Pot Of Duality prevents him from special summoning altogether!
